Your onboarding process will begin once chat services are live and fully operational with Ruby. Scheduling will take place via email appointment.
The testing phase requires up to 1-2 days usually and will allow you to test the features and functionality of your new chat system using any of your company’s methods, procedures, and checklists.
Once the testing phase is complete, you will sign-off via email and identify your preferred dates and times to go live. The timeline required for this phase is estimated based upon the time needed to complete your baseline chat system implementation.
Unless otherwise stated in the original scope of work (SOW) provided to you in the initial stages of your project, you are responsible for removing and/or decommissioning any old chat services provider.
Databerry approaches changes to the original scope of work based on a case-by-case basis to evaluate whether you will require a change order (CO) that will allow us to provide further assistance with your migration project.
A change order (CO) is when modifications and/or changes are made to the agreed-upon work outlined in an original contract. This allows us to perform additional work (if necessary) that is not initially defined in your contract to bring your project to completion. Your Account Manager or Sales Associate can easily assist you in updating your contract via a change order.
