Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring partnerships.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities through market research and networking.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential partners, ensuring alignment and mutual benefits.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all partner account management matters.
- Coordinate marketing strategies and sales objectives with the sales team.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with partner needs and goals.
- Regularly prepare and present reports on account status to the leadership team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of Databerry partners in the US and Canada, including VARs and MSPs.
- Grow and nurture relationships with existing partner accounts, covering executive engagement, sales and technical readiness, account planning, and marketing support.
- Drive sales performance of partners to reach and exceed Databerry’s revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical Support/Training teams.
- Identify key partners to recruit into Databerry’s channel partner programs.
- Execute go-to-market initiatives to create new partnership incentives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives.
- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to resolve partner issues.
- Maintain and improve partner satisfaction ratings.
- Develop, deploy, and manage best practices for partner program expansion.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to develop partner program policies, procedures, and incentive programs.
- Create and refine value propositions and key messages for partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Partner Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role in the Professional Services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong track record of delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
