Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Databerry, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and fueling our growth. You’ll identify, develop, and nurture leads, effectively positioning Databerry’s CRM ERP and CenterFuze’s SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales executives to further assess a prospect’s business needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and product enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in software or technology sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and the technology sector.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
